After sales service:
Firstly, you don’t need to worry the doll have major defect happened to your order, as we will make sure it is good before seal the carton. If it is happen when transportation, we will compensate for or assist you the repair or replace a new one, and you don’t need to pay it.
Can I cancel the order if I change my mind before finish the payment?
You can cancel the order before finish the payment, but we will let our factory to start production of your doll if you finish the payment. (We will make a confirmation of your order in details from you PST 18:00 ~ 03:00 of working day)
Can I return the doll after received it?
First, we won’t send any returned or used doll to you. In this case, we won’t accept it. Moreover, the delivery fee is not low, even you don’t open it, we don’t recommend you to send back to China, hope you can understand.
Little flaw of makeup and skin:
I will confirm with your of the doll’s showcase after get your order, we will confirm of it once again before send out. Semi-perpetual makeup is free, given as one politeness to our customer.
Every effort that our make-up artist make, to recover the makeup that our photographer take during take photos, but it will not 100% match up. Semi-perpetual makeup will can be cleaned. So you can makeup for your doll with you imagination freely.
To little flaw of the skin,sometimes, it will happen in the process of injection molding and the molding. Usually, it is not remarkable, maybe it can be regards as a unique mark.
